PLC control system with HMI, easy operation and maintenance.
Electric precise twist pitch: Individual servo motor capstan system, setting electronic pitch stepless via touch screen, change pitch without stop machine. It remains stable pitch even when accelerate or decelerate.
Stable tension: Individual take‐up tension system, with PID intelligent auto feedback, tension torlerance within +/-5g.
Alarm system: in case of reach set meters/wire broken/full bobbin etc., will alarm and stop automatically.
Widely use for stranding flex conductor or flex insulation core wire, such as high speed transmission cable, LAN cable, data cable, signal cable etc.
