● Thermoplastic compounds: PVC, PE, XLPE, PP, LSHF, TPU, NYLON, halogen-free flame-retardant (HFFR) etc.
● Sheathing process type: single layer, single layer + color stripping/ skinning, double layer

Features

1. The extruder can work with TPU, NYLON, LSHF etc. thermoplastic compound by using different design screw.
2. With multi-layer extruder, use different crosshead, for single layer, single layer + color stripping/ skinning, double layer, extrusion.
3. Automatic material feed and dryer system,
4. With dual payoff or fly payoff and accumulator, non-stop production during change take-up bobbin.
5. Crosshead with bypass valve, minimum scrap while quick change color for stripping or skinning.
6. PLC control system, line speed, batch production count, cable OD, RPM etc. set and display on touch screen, easy operation.
7. “All-in-one” button, cable OD keep stable while speed acceleration or deceleration.

Advanced function (Optional):

1. Different payoff and take-up for wide reel range.
2. Equipped with accumulator after dual payoff for non-stop production process.
3. Color dosing unit, rotating speed can be automatically adjusted according to extruder speed.
4. For large cable, equipped with additional caterpillar capstan before extruder.
5. Equipped with automatic coiling machine /automatic wrapping machine / automatic shrink package system for final cable coiler.
