Congratulation Gemwell new factory in Jiangsu province construction start!

Gemwell Group new factory in Jiangsu province — GEMWELL ELECTRICAL TECHNOLOGY (JIANGSU) CO., LTD. , its construction start on 18th, May, 2020 in Dongtai Wire & Cable Industrial Area.

This project is for design and manufacture complete set automatic cable equipments for the whole date cable factory.

Invested and established by Mr. Xia zi’an, with a total investment of 100 million yuan, a registered capital of 20 million yuan, land acquisition of 20000 square meters, and new factory buildings, living and office buildings of 15000 square meters.

It is expected to be completed and put into production in February 2021.

In August 2019, GEMWELL GROUP expands new factory in Jiangsu province.

Now it is under construction, will be ready around the end of 2020.

In 3rd-5th, Sep. 2019, Gemwell take series twisting machine and taping machine to participate 2019 Shanghai Wireshow.

Our running machine attract many new and old friends come:

1, 500 twin back twist payoff + 500 pair twisting machine

Application for CAT5E, CAT6, CAT6A etc. two core wires pairt twisting, no stress or damage after twisting.

Payoff back twist ratio : 0-100%, set on touch screen.

Accurate electric pitch, pitch fluctuation within ±0.2mm.

Precise tension control, tension fluctuation within ±5g.

2, 1250 double twister

Application for multi flexible stranded core wire or copper wire which not more than 50 sqmm.

High speed, rotating speed Max 800rpm, commen run 600 rpm.

It is one of the best choises for replacing traditional tubular strander.

3, 500 triple twister

Application for LAN cable CAT5E, CAT6, CAT6A, CAT7, CAT8 pair twisting.

Rotating speed Max 1800 rpm. (Max 5400 tpm)

High speed, excellet performance.

4, vertical serve drive bobbin type taping machine with sintering oven
