Features

PLC control system, taping pitch, production, line speed set on touch screen, easy operation. One worker can operate 5 sets taping machine easily.
Bi-directional for tape rotation. Each taping head individually run and control.
Tape tension control electro-magnetic clutch or Hysteresis clutch, ensure steady tension.
Precise tape pitch, overlap can be set and adjusted in ‘mm’ on touch screen. Pitch keep constant even while acceleration / deceleration.
The bobbin is traversed from side to side via a linear drive system to provide uniform layering.
Vertical taping machine, compact design, occupy less space, suitable for conduct dia. less than 3mm.
Horizontal taping machine, wire no bent during taping process.
Intelligent detection: in case of tape broken / wire broken / reach set meter / tape finished etc., will alarm, save cost for less material wasting.

Speed up to 2200RPM.for pad type tape, 1800RPM for spool type tape.
Special design for tape, high speed pad type or high capacity spool type tape both available.
Each taping head driven by individual motor and inverter, ensure constant pre-set tape tension from start to end of the tape spool regardless of its size.
Special design for roller, avoid tape deformation, coat wire close and smooth, ensure product stabilized performance and superior consistency.
