Dual Shaft Takeups Features:
- Dual shaft take up, compact design, less place occupied.
- Shaft type for bobbin size 400mm, 500mm, 630mm.
- Lifting and locking bobbin
- Traversing unit: Polish rod traverse controller or screw worm driven system.
- HMI + PLC control system for pre-setting traversing pitch and for bobbin speed control.
- Reach set production, spark tester failed etc. can stop takeup
- Linked with accumulator, no need stop extruder while change bobbin.
