Features
End Shaftless Payoff Takeup Features:
- The reel can be clamped, released, up, down, left and right via separated gear motors, ensure reel in correct position. The lifting unit can be up and down synchronized or individually to ensure reel horizontal. The pillar can be moved left and right synchronized or individually to fasten reel.
- Suitable for bigger cable or tube on bobbins with different diameter and sizes.
- Payoff tension control: adopt symmetrical friction disc to adjust cable tension.
- Precise cable traversing done through screw worm driven with gear motor.
- Traversing pitch set by timing relay, change direction automatically.
