Features

Serve Motor Driven Taping Machine Features:

Servo motor drive, tape tension keep steady from start to end. Tape tension 50-1500 g (0.49-14.7N)
Bi-directional for tape rotation. Each taping head individually run and control.
Tape tension control with serve motor and controller. Tension sensor from Switzerland, detects taping tension, auto feedback to motor speed, no manual adjustment;
High speed pad type, can use pad tape OD Φ300mm ID 76mm tape width up to 20mm, high capacity spool type, can use spool tape OD Φ220mm ID 76mm, tape spool height 100mm.
PLC control system, taping pitch, production, line speed etc. set on touch screen, easy operation.
6. Tape broken detection, conductor broken detection, tape finish forecast etc. taping machine will alarm and stop automatically.
